We take our client's privacy and information as our top priority. We at Immigratic will only ask for documents through our SecureSend file request link.

In order for us to have the most organized files, please follow the instructions below when Sending a file.

1. First and foremost, please use a proper scanner when scanning your documents. If you use your smartphone, you may use a scanner app for better quality and lower file size.

2. Please use the .pdf, png jpeg or word format when sending us your documents.

3. Please choose an appropriate label for each file and folders.

Please do not send .zip or .rar files.
